Back in 2008, I was “faking” it on the outside – my life looked picture perfect:

  • I achieved a “perfect” fitness model physique for a bodybuilding competition

  • I had just become a new psychologist in private practice – something I had also worked soooo hard and long for

  • I was happily married (I actually still am), to the man of my dreams for 3 years at that point in time

  • I was a 2nd degree black belt in karate and a role model to kids, teens and adults

BUT…BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. I WAS STUCK IN THIS CYCLE OF FOOD AND BODY IMAGE DRAMA – RESTRICT FOOD, BINGE EAT, FEEL GUILTY, BEAT MYSELF UP, & PURGE BY OVER EXERCISING – ON REPEAT…FOR YEARS.

And I walked away from a decade-long corporate career as one of the top sports marketing pros in the nation to launch my coaching business from the ground up. No wonder I had become a perfectionist, an overachiever and a hard-core TYPE A driven women who didn’t value rest.

I uncovered this belief through Hakomi, a mindfulness method that combines neuroscience, psychology and spirituality. Hakomi translates to “the study of how we go into relationship with ourselves, and how we go into relationship with others.

So I learned how to come home to myself through the art of slowing down, embracing perfectly imperfect and let go of control.

As a result, my pain turned into my PURPOSE SOUL-FUELED MISSION is...

TO INSPIRE OTHERS TO CONSCIOUSLY OPERATE FROM BEINGNESS OVER DOINGNESS, SO THAT WE LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE IT FEELS SAFE TO SHOW UP AS OUR AUTHENTIC SELVES.

Hakomi was the most powerful method that created my spiritual awakening (breakthrough) after my breakdown, and it’s now a foundation of my work with my spiritual business coaching clients because we cannot manifest our most desired results without getting out of our own way, and creating internal transformational shifts.

I was so inspired by my own awakening that I went on to become Certified as Hakomi Practitioner, and also I became Certified in Eating Psychology. This led me to work with many former versions of me, both women, young girls and men to help them come home to themselves.

IN 2014, I BECAME THE FIRST PSYCHOLOGIST IN MY PROVINCE TO FIND A WAY TO ETHICALLY AND WITH INTEGRITY, CREATE AN ONLINE PROGRAM. #REDTAPE #BADASS

Because I birthed something bigger into the world, this led to many aligned opportunities to get my message out there in a bigger way, including my first international talk and a cover on a fitness magazine with a four page article on how to flex your self-love muscle.

I had women writing me to work with them, however, I wasn’t able to do because of the restrictions of my license. Fast forward, I hired a 7 figure award winning business coach to help me start a coaching business, and started to attract entrepreneurs who wanted me to help them get out of their own way, show up, create online programs.

I quickly realized that staying licensed as a psychologist was holding me back from my soul-led big vision dream, and with lots of support from my coach and peers...

I COURAGEOUSLY TOOK THE LEAP OF FAITH, RETIRED MY PSYCHOLOGICAL PRACTICE AND WENT FULL TIME INTO COACHING – REPLACING MY 6 FIGURE INCOME WITHIN THE ONE YEAR.

Fast forward to now, I am now truly living in what I thought would only stay as a fantasy a few years ago, leading spiritual coaches, healers, therapists, holistic practitioners, speakers, leaders and lightworkers to magnetize their soulmate clients and tribe, and monetize on their calling through mindset, soul, systems and strategy.
